Pack food with us for Ukraine!

On Labor Day Sunday, September 4, Lifeline Christian Mission will help Westerville Christian pack 150,000 meals in four hours.

75,000 meals will be shipped to Ukraine and 75,000 meals will be shipped to Panama.  How will we do this?

Worship Center Setup

The chairs in our Worship Center will be stacked & moved, and 24 stations will be created.

24 stations allow us to accommodate up to 450 packers per service. We will have three separate services at 8:30a, 10a, and 11:30a. Register for the service you plan to pack meals by clicking here; this helps us better prepare for each service time.

This is a great family event, so bring the kids and pack as a family!

All kindergarten - 5th-grade kids will be in the Worship Center packing meals with their families. We will ONLY have WCKids programming for Nursery - PreK.

This is a wonderful opportunity to invite someone to get involved or check out Westerville Christian Church.  It’s the easiest invite ever, “Want to come pack meals for hungry people in Ukraine or Panama?  My church is sending 150,000 meals to people who need it most. It will be fun, you get to wear a hairnet!”  Ok, maybe leave the hairnet part out…

The cost to buy the food for 150,000 meals is $37,500.

So far, we have raised $17,680.53. This leaves $19,819.47 left to raise. If you would like to donate money to pay for the meals, click here.

Come on Labor Day Sunday ready to do some labor. We’ll begin each service with communion, get some instructions, pray and then get to work. There’s nothing like being a part of a generous church. See you on September 4! I’ll be the one wearing shorts and a Westerville Christian Church “We are family” t-shirt. I can’t wait to pack food with you.
