Fall Fest

Volunteers & donations

WCC’s First Annual Fall Fest is Saturday, October 25th, from 3-6p

To make this event unforgettable, we need your help! We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers for the following roles:

  • Game/Treat Station Volunteers: Run fun, family-friendly games or help make and serve cotten candy and popcorn. No experience needed—just bring your energy and a smile! Shifts are available from 3:00p-4:30p and 4:30p-6:00p.

  • Treat Donations: Provide homemade or store-bought treats (e.g., cookies, cupcakes, brownies, cobbler, etc - think easy to walk and eat). Please ensure items are labeled "with nuts" for allergy purposes. Drop-off details will be provided closer to the date.

  • Bounce House Monitors: Supervise the bounce houses to ensure safe and fun play for the kids.
