Please have your event date approved and secured on the church calendar before requesting promotion.

Basic Description

It’s helpful to have a basic description of your event and knowledge of your target audience so we can leverage the correct marketing with the best match for your attendees.

Photos

Do you have past photos of your event? Feel free to share those. A few high quality visuals are always welcome.

Promotion FAQs

  • Typically 4-6 weeks prior to your event date, is a great time to start. Look at the calendar and count back 6 Sundays prior to your event.

  • Anytime! Once your event is approved and on the church calendar, please email Misty your Title, Date, and Time. A description such as 'more details coming soon' can be a place holder if you'd like your event on the calendar 6-12 months in advance.

  • We keep announcements on Sundays to a minimum so we have more time to focus on worship and the current sermon series. Announcements from the stage will only be made if it is applicable to 50% of the room and according to the announcement schedule.

  • We have several great options for advertising at WCC! Which includes the church website event calendar, WCC App, Slide on Lobby TV, Social Media, Friday Info Email, Printed handout, and writing a blog article.
