WCC Central Park Party Guidelines

(Please read and save for your reference)

🎉 Party Time

  • Parties are 2.5 hours total, including:

    • 15 min setup

    • 2-hour party

    • 15 min cleanup

  • Do not arrive early—our staff is preparing.

🧍‍♂️ Party Ranger Role

  • A Playland staff member will open/close and assist with questions.

  • They do not run or host party activities (e.g. serving food, managing kids).

🍽 Tables, Food & Supplies

  • We provide:

    • 3 five-foot tables & chairs for up to 24 kids

    • Sticky tack for decorations

  • You bring:

    • Food, drinks, all supplies (plates, napkins, candles, etc.)

    • One extra table allowed (optional)

  • Use tables on tiled floor only for eating.

  • No food in tunnels or rock wall area.

  • No open flames except birthday candles (e.g., no Sternos).

  • A fridge/freezer is available.

🚫 Not Allowed

  • Glitter, foil confetti, silly string, squirt guns, water balloons

  • Smoking or alcohol anywhere on property

  • Outside equipment (popcorn, cotton candy, etc.) without approval

  • Kids climbing on outside (netting) of play equipment

🎯 Activities & Safety

  • Socks only in play area (bring extras)

  • No shoes in tunnels

  • Piñatas allowed over tiled floor (use broomstick held by an adult)

  • Appropriate language/behavior required

📍 Stay in Central Park Only

  • No roaming through church

💵 Payment & Refunds

  • $150 due at booking

  • Full refund if canceled within 45 days of the party and before the 20th of the previous month before your party

  • After that, $115 refunded

📝 Liability Waiver Required

  • All kids must have a parent-signed waiver before playing

  • Waiver link is on our website and social media

  • Share waiver in your invitations

🧹 End-of-Party Checklist
✔ Trash in cans
✔ All decorations and party items removed
✔ All guests out by the end of rental
✔ Supervise any kids waiting for pickup at exit doors
