Hi Open House Table Leaders!

We wanted to share a quick heads-up about our upcoming Open House at the church on Tuesday, January 27 from 6–8p. This is a great opportunity for new members (and even longtime attenders) to connect, ask questions, and find their place here at WCC.

If you’re planning to host a ministry table, you’re welcome to begin setting up at 5:00p. If possible, please plan to arrive by 5:30p so everything is ready before doors open.

Ministry Leaders:
This will feel similar to a “job fair” style setup, but with a heart for community and connection. Our goal is to help people discover where they can belong, serve, and be equipped as we live out the work of the ministry together.

A few tips to help your table be successful:

• Bring a friendly, welcoming presence, smiles and conversation go a long way!

• Consider a small, simple giveaway (candy is perfect!) but not required.

• Display photos or information of your ministry in action so people can easily picture themselves involved.

• Be ready to share what your ministry does and how someone can take a next step.

We’ll provide an 8.5x11 sign with your group name and basic information, along with a basic paper sign-up sheet and qr code for digital sign up. We prefer digital sign up (No mistaken handwriting!) but will also have paper just in case. If you need any leader names, time or meeting information updates made to your display sign before the event, please email Misty@westerville.church.
