We're Praying for the Next Steps in the Fearless Campaign

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. 8 By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going.

Since our last update, we have collected bids for the work we will be “self-managing”, combined with the estimates from the McKnight Group, and presented both to the Elders. We asked The McKnight Group to produce a rendering showing a view from E College Avenue that will feature the office/counseling expansion.

In the March update blog, we told you, '“This coming Wednesday, March 9, the Elders will review the totals and make decisions about how to move forward.”

After receiving the total estimates for the desired projects (Worship Center and technology updates, office expansion and counseling center, WCCares operation space, and interior finishes) it was obvious it was time to, once again, seek guidance from God. It’s not unusual for our Elders to call upon the LORD and wait for a clear direction. So, with humble resolve, we call upon the One who is omnipotent for wisdom and clarity with a determination to make final decisions on April 13 on how to move forward.

Would you pray with us? Please pray with us for the following:

  • Pray for the Elders as they make decisions on April 13.

  • Pray for a plan that helps us meet the needs of our community.

  • Pray for a plan that reaches the next generation.

  • Praise God for supplying our needs.

Thank you for helping make the Fearless vision become reality!

Each month we will be posting the Fearless Campaign Update right here on our blog page at wcchurch.info/blog.
