We're Making Progress with the Fearless Campaign Building Project

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. 8 By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going.

We’re Painting!

And what a difference it makes! The Playland and Main Lobby are scheduled to be completely painted the week of June 5. Above and Beyond Painting has been contracted to do all the wall repair and painting. They will move to the Nursery Pod and hallway next, then a week off as we use the building for VBS.

Here is the updated schedule:

  • Painting began the last week of May and will continue through June and into July.

  • Existing flooring will be demolished in late June, and the lobby's existing concrete will be polished and stained in the following weeks.

  • Carpet and Luxury Vinyl Tile have been ordered, with installation expected to begin in July.

  • Lobby furniture and wayfinding signage to be installed in August/September.

Building Construction to Begin this Fall

Architectural/Engineering contracts were signed with The McKnight in late April.

Their drawings will be complete in early Fall and will then be presented to the City of Westerville for approval and permitting.  Our targeted construction start date is mid to late Fall and will last four to five months.

Thanks for giving to the Fearless Campaign.  Your decision to financially make a difference in the WCC campus will influence people to live for God for many years to come!

Please take these before the LORD in prayer:

  • Pray for a plan that reaches the next generation.

  • Praise God for supplying our needs!

We will post the Fearless Campaign Update monthly on our blog page at https://www.wcchurch.life/blog.
