Help deliver great joy and Good News this Christmas!
Since 1993, more than 198 million children in more than 170 countries and territories have received an Operation Christmas Child shoebox.
Operation Christmas Child delivers great joy and the Good News of Jesus Christ to children in need around the world through gift-filled shoeboxes. Each box packed full of quality toys, school supplies, and personal care items becomes a tangible expression of God's immense love for the child. For many, it is their first gift ever! Delivered by our local church partners, shoebox gifts provide an opportunity to present the Gospel to boys and girls in a clear, child-friendly way.
Last Sunday, we passed out 300 Operation Christmas Child boxes to our church.
We are excited to pack boxes again this year. If you didn’t get an Operation Christmas Child box on October 23, don’t worry! You can still participate and use any regular shoebox.
Need help packing your shoebox? Check out the ‘How to Pack a Shoebox’ page on the Samaritan’s Purse website.
All boxes should be filled and returned to the cart in the lobby by November 13. Our awesome group of volunteers will load them onto a truck that week and send them to one of the local Operation Christmas Child drop-off locations.
“Every box is an opportunity to reach a child with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.”
