Event Request Form

Hey ministry leaders! We want to help you promote your ministry's events to the Church and community so that all will know what we have to offer them.

You can use this form below to request that we communicate your event's information through the channels we offer: Social Media, Announcement Videos, Weekly Update, and our Website Calendar. You can also use this form as a request to use our facilities. 

If you are looking for promotion, we will choose how exactly to promote your event based off its audience. All in all, it depends on where your event falls in our tier system. 

Tier One: Applicable to 75% or more of the congregation. 

  • Video Announcements (3 or more, as much screen time as needed). 

  • Social Media 

  • Website Calendar

  • Weekly Update

  • Examples: Good Friday Experience, Christmas Eve Service, Worship Night, or Family Celebration Sunday. 

Tier Two: Ministry Specific Special Events (applying to less than 75% of the congregation). 

  • Video Announcements (Announced 3 times, concisely. Will redirect to another source for info)

  • Website Calendar

  • Weekly Update

  • Examples: Women's Brunch, Student Laser Tag, Kickoff for Moms Connect, or Hymn Sing

Tier Three: Very specific to a group and/or happening 1x a month. 

  • Video Announcements (Once, the Sunday before the event). 

  • Website Calendar

  • Weekly Update 

  • Examples: Moms Connect Meetings, Friendship Connection Activities

Tier Four: Weekly or Biweekly programs. 

  • Website Calendar

  • Groups or Classes, Student Weekly Gatherings, Orange Zone. 

Keep in mind these are not the only ways to get the word out about your event. We encourage you to find other channels of communication in addition to this one so that every important detail is communicated and so more people can hear the important message you have to share!

Forms are due 6 weeks from the date of the event in order to promote as much as possible.
